Privacy policy.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us or what your browser sends when you use our site.

• Website forms. When you fill in a contact, intake, callback or project brief form, we receive the details you type: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website, domain, logo link, reference sites and your message.
• Meta lead ads. When you submit an Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes your answers to us. Meta also holds that data under its own privacy policy.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay and are never stored on our servers. We receive your name, email, phone number, the amount, the payment id and the payment status so we can issue your GST invoice and deliver your order.
• Bookings. When you book a call through Cal.com, Cal.com collects your name, email and chosen time, and shares them with us.
• Usage data. Our analytics tools record pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM parameters and Meta click ids).

Cookies and tracking tools

techdevs.in uses the following third-party tools. Each sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

• Meta Pixel. Records page views and actions such as starting checkout, booking a call or paying, so we can measure our Meta ads and show them to relevant people.
• Google Analytics 4. Measures how visitors use the site and which campaigns bring them.
• Hotjar and Ahrefs Web Analytics. Show us how visitors move through pages and which pages are read.
• Razorpay and Cal.com. Load on the pages where you pay or book, and set their own cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation in your Facebook and Google account settings. The site still loads if you block them; some measurement does not.

How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry, call you back and run the call you booked.
• To take payment, deliver the package you bought and issue your GST invoice.
• To invite you to your client portal at techdevs.in/portal.
• To measure and improve our website and our advertising.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that help us run the above: Razorpay (payments), Cal.com (bookings), Meta and Google (advertising and analytics), our email and hosting providers, and our accountants and legal advisers where the law requires. Each handles the data under its own terms. We disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries, call requests and lead-ad answers: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
• Client project data and briefs: for the length of the engagement and 12 months after it ends.
• Invoices and payment records: for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires.
• Analytics data: for the retention period set in each analytics tool.

Your rights and deletion requests

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email prasad@techdevs.in from the address we hold for you, with the subject “Data request”. We reply within 30 days. We delete what you ask us to delete, except records we must keep by law, such as GST invoices.

To remove yourself from Meta ad targeting, use the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account. To stop Google Analytics, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Security

Our site is served over HTTPS and payments run on Razorpay’s secured checkout. Access to the data we hold is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Questions or complaints about your data go to prasad@techdevs.in.
