Refund policy.

Website and Shopify store packages

• Before design work starts. Cancel at any point before we start design work and you receive a full refund.
• First version not live in 24 hours. If your first version is not live within 24 hours of a completed brief, ask for a refund and you receive a full refund.

Google Business Profile package

Cancel within 7 days of payment and you receive a full refund. This package has no 24-hour first version.

How to ask

Email prasad@techdevs.in from the address you paid with. Put “Refund” in the subject and include your name and your payment id or order id from the payment confirmation. We confirm your request by reply.

How you are paid back

Refunds go to the original payment method through Razorpay and reach you in 5 to 7 working days from the day we approve them. If you paid by UPI, card or netbanking, it returns to that UPI id, card or bank account.

GST invoice

We issue a GST invoice on every payment. We issue the matching credit note for a refund.

Upgrades

Work outside the package, such as an admin panel, is quoted separately. Its payment terms are in that quote.
