Terms of service.

The parties

These terms are between you (“you”, the buyer) and 7STAR TECHNETIC SOLUTIONS LLP, trading as TechDevs (“we”, “us”).

The packages

We sell three fixed-scope packages. Each is described on its page at techdevs.in/offer.

• Website package. A custom-designed, mobile-first website of up to 5 pages, with a contact form and WhatsApp button, GA4 and Search Console setup, hosting set up, a first version live within 24 hours of your completed brief, and 2 revision rounds.
• Shopify store package. A Shopify store on your own Shopify plan, with custom theme setup, up to 50 products loaded, payments and shipping configured, a first version live within 24 hours of your completed brief, and 2 revision rounds.
• Google Business Profile package. A full rebuild of your Google Business Profile (categories, services, photos, description), a review-reply system, 12 posts over 90 days and a monthly calls and directions report.

Anything outside the package, such as an admin panel, more pages or products, or extra revision rounds, is an upgrade that we quote to you separately after your brief. We start upgrade work only after you accept the quote in writing.

Price, GST and payment

Each package costs ₹30,000 plus GST at 18%, which is ₹35,400 in total, paid in full in advance in Indian rupees through Razorpay. We issue a GST invoice for every payment. Prices on the site can change; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Starting the work and the 24-hour first version

After payment you send a project brief on the page that opens. For the Website and Shopify packages, the 24 hours run from the moment we hold a completed brief, that is, every item the brief form asks for. If your first version is not live within 24 hours of a completed brief, you can ask for a full refund under our refund policy.

Revisions

You get 2 revision rounds. A round is one consolidated set of changes you send us in one message. Changes to the agreed scope are upgrades.

What we need from you

You supply accurate content, product information, images, logos, domain and platform access, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Delays in supplying these move our dates by the same time. You approve work through your client portal or by email.

Client portal

We invite you to your client portal at techdevs.in/portal within 24 hours of payment. You keep your login private and you are responsible for activity under it.

Ownership

You keep the rights to everything you supply. Once you have paid in full, the work we create for you is yours to use in your business. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Third-party services

Your site or store depends on services we do not control, such as hosting, Shopify, Google, Razorpay and your domain registrar. Their fees and terms apply to you directly. Shopify plan fees, domain fees and app fees are not part of the package price.

Results

We deliver the scope described in the package. Search rankings, traffic, calls, directions, sales and reviews depend on factors outside our control, and the package does not guarantee a particular figure.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from a package is limited to the amount you paid for that package, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit.

Acceptable use

You do not use our site or services for anything unlawful, and you do not ask us to publish content that infringes another person’s rights or is misleading.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We update these terms from time to time and show the date at the top of this page. The terms in force when you pay apply to your package.
