The busywork eating your team’s week. Run by systems, signed off by people.
We build AI automation that does the repeated work: the research, the copy-paste, the report nobody has time to run. Each system is in production, wired into the tools you already use, with a human at the gate before anything reaches a customer.

Brands we build for, from Mumbai to Dubai to Atlanta to Sydney
The cost of the manual way
Your best people are doing work a system should.
Most teams do not have a thinking problem. They have a handoff problem: the same steps, repeated all week, across tools that do not talk to each other.
01
Founders absorb the glue work
Reporting, outbound and coordination between tools land on whoever cares most. For one retail brand that was about nine hours a week of founder reporting.
02
The data exists, in five logins
Orders, stock, cash and ads each sit in their own tool. Nobody reconciles them, so decisions wait for the monthly numbers.
03
Demos work, production does not
A fully autonomous agent looks great on a slide and fails in public on a live account. The projects that last keep a person in the loop.
What we do
Three systems in production. One way of building them.
We start with the workflow, not the model. Every build is drawn as a pipeline with a gate, so you can see where AI acts and where a person signs off.
Measure first
Count the hours before we build anything
We trace the process, every handoff and manual step, and measure the hours it takes today. That number is what the build is judged against. Some processes are cheaper left to a person, and we will say so.
A process trace and an hours baseline
An integration map of the tools that must talk
A written scope with the build cost and running fee separated

Human in the loop
A gate before anything reaches a customer
Every system ends at a point where a person approves, edits or rejects. That gate is what makes the volume safe, and it is why we do not build fully autonomous output.

3
Weeks 6–8
Narrow pilot
A slice small enough that a failure is survivable. This is where the edge cases appear and where most of the remaining work turns out to be.
4

Ongoing
Run it, or hand over the keys
We operate it on a running fee, or document it and train your team. Model providers change behaviour without notice, so nothing here is fire-and-forget.

Fit
Built for some teams. Not for every team.
A strong fit if
You repeat a high-volume process every week, and the steps are consistent while the judgement is thin.
A founder is personally absorbing reporting, outbound or coordination between tools.
Your systems already hold the data, but in separate logins nobody reconciles.
You will put a human approval gate in the loop rather than demand full autonomy.
Probably not a fit if
The process runs a handful of times a month. The build will not clear the hours saved.
The workflow is broken rather than slow. Automating it only produces the wrong answer faster.
Your tools have no API and no export, so the integration costs more than it returns.
You want a fully autonomous system with no review, or a proof of concept for a board deck.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask us first.
What are AI automation services?
AI automation services build software systems that carry out repetitive business work using AI agents instead of manual effort. At TechDevs that means three production systems: a multi-agent content engine that researches and publishes articles, an outbound agent that finds prospects and books meetings, and operations dashboards that consolidate a business into one screen with next-best-action advice. Each system keeps a human approval step; nothing runs fully unsupervised.
Are these systems actually deployed or just prototypes?
They are deployed and in production. The content engine runs on this very website. The outbound agent runs for TechDevs and three client sales teams. The operations dashboard was built for a 70+ location retail brand and has since been productized. We build for reliability, not demos.
How is an AI automation agency different from hiring a developer?
A single developer can build one workflow. An AI automation agency brings the patterns already proven across content, outbound, and operations, plus the founder-led design that keeps a human in control of every system. Prasad, our CTO, leads the engineering on every engagement, backed by a team he trained.
Do I keep control of the systems you build?
Yes. Every pipeline includes a human review gate, and you own the infrastructure once it ships. We document it, train your team, and stay on to extend it. You are never locked into a black box you cannot audit.
How much do AI automation services cost?
AI work is priced as a build plus a running fee: a one-time cost to design and ship the system, then a smaller ongoing fee to operate and improve it. The build cost is driven by how many systems are involved, how many tools they connect, and the volume they process. We scope it on a first call and give you a real range rather than publishing a grid.
How do I know a process is worth automating?
The good candidates are high-volume, rule-heavy and light on judgement — the same steps repeated many times a week. If a process runs a handful of times a month, the build cost will not clear the hours it saves, and we will say so rather than sell it. That is why the first thing we do is measure what the manual work actually costs today.
Will AI automation replace my team?
In our experience it removes the coordination work rather than the people. The content engine cut human time per article from around ten hours to roughly thirty-five minutes, and the same team then shipped sixteen times more content — the job changed from assembling to judging. Every system we ship has a human approval gate for exactly that reason.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
It will, which is why nothing reaches a customer or the public web without a person approving it. Systems are also instrumented with logging and alerting so a failure surfaces to you rather than to your client. Fully autonomous output with no review is where these projects fail publicly, and we do not build it that way.
Do you hand over the system, or do you run it?
Either, and it is worth deciding at the start because it changes how the system is built. We can operate it on a running fee, or document it and train your team to own it outright. A system built to be handed over needs more documentation and fewer bespoke shortcuts than one we will be running ourselves.
How long does an AI automation project take?
Scoping takes one to two weeks, the build typically three to six, and a narrow pilot on live data another couple after that. Most of the remaining work appears during the pilot, because real accounts contain malformed records that curated test data never does. Widening to full volume usually lands around months three to four.
